Marco Asensio makes Real Madrid promise amid Premier League rumors

Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio has been linked with a move to Premier League as several clubs, including Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham, have shown an interest to sign the player. However, the 23 year old took to his Instagram account and vowed Los Blancos fans that both he and Real Madrid would return stronger following a disappointing season. "A complicated season, which has been full of difficulties, has finished. It was far from the level that our marvellos fans deserve," he wrote. "We will pick ourselves up, we will get better and we will give our all so that Madrid fans will be able to enjoy their team again next season [as we look to] return your unconditional support and love. "We promise to fight with renewed energy for every cup until the end."Madrid always comes back. Hala Madrid!"

Real Madrid  finished third in La Liga with 68 points this season. The Spanish giants were knocked out of both Champions League and Copa del Rey.
