Manchester United are willing to offer up to €70million for Sevilla youngster Jules Kounde. The defender is reportedly United's transfer target for the summer. During this season, the 22-year-old has made 31 appearances in which he has scored 3 goals. He is under contract at Sevilla until 2024.
