Highly rated Ajax star Matthijs de Ligt , who has been a target for Manchester United, Barcelona and a number of other top clubs, yesterday played for Netherlands against England in the Nations League.
However, the Dutchman didn’t have the best of the evening as was humiliated by Borussia Dortmund and England star Jadon Sancho.
De Ligt won an individual battle with Marcus Rashford and easily struggled off the Manchester United striker as he attempted to win the ball back.
But worse was to come for De Ligt as he was then on the receiving end of a filthy nutmeg from Sancho.

De Ligt captained Ajax to a domestic double last term and also led their sensational charge to the Champions League semi-finals.
