Manchester United stance on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sacking if they fail to win a trophy

Manchester United have made a decision not to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer even if they fail to win a trophy this season, according to reports. The Red Devils are currently in the race for the Europa League title and the Premier League top-four spot. Solskjaer took charge of the club in December 2018 and is set to sign a new contract with United soon. And ESPN say the Red Devils won't sack the Norwegian manager even if they fail to win a trophy, and a new contract is not dependent on silverware. United have faced another defeat in the FA Cup at the weekend, however, the club's board are happy with the direction they are heading in.
