Manchester United set £130m double transfer swoop for Leicester City duo

Manchester United have decided to sign James Maddison and Ben Chilwell, they are ready to pay £130m for the Leicester city duo. The Red Devils have started a terrible season and now remain on the 13th place of the Premier Leauge table. Recently the club boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has announced they are going to sign new players for the January transfer window in order to improve the squad. Maddison, being forced from the England squad, has scored in both games against Tottenham and Liverpool during the Premier League season. Chilwell has become a first-team regular in Leicester City, as well as the favourite player of England national team manager Gareth Southgate. While watching United's 1 - 0 defeat over Leicester City, the Red Devils' chief Ed Woodward was impressed with the two player's game. A United source said: “We have already compiled a scouting report of both of them. We have been watching them for a few years now. They fit all the right requirements and criteria in terms of quality and keeping an English core which is important. Ole likes them but it would be difficult to get them both at the same time. We will have to wait and see what happens.” Previously United have already signed Harry Maguire from Leicester City with £85m transfer fee in summer.   Source: The Sun
