Manchester United have begun their summer clear-out after removing the names of first-team players from their squad list as their contracts expired overnight. Two first-team players have found themselves removed after their exits were confirmed by the club.
Goalkeepers Joel Pereira and Sergio Romero both have been removed, yet interestingly Lee Grant’s name is still part of the first-team squad which means he might extend his stay at Old Trafford.

The Argentine has been a Manchester player since 2015 after his transfer from Italian club Sampdoria, while Pereira has been a United academy graduate.
