Manchester United have rejected a loan bid from Arsenal for Eric Bailly, according to the Mail.
The Gunners made an approach for the centre-back to strengthen their defence until they can make permanent signings in the summer transfer window.
However, the Red Devils have no intention of sending a player on loan to a Premier League rival and instantly rebuffed their attempts.
Bailly, signed by former United manager Jose Mourinho for £30million in the summer of 2016, has less than 18 months left on his contract and is not the first choice under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
