The valuation of £3.8 BN could happen in case Manchester United finishes the season in Top - 4 and qualify for Champions League next season.

Source from Glazer family has told Mail they could consider the offer due to the possible profit they could gain from the deal. 

Glazers have bought English club in 2003 for £790 m.
