Manchester United star Marcus Rashford had a scan ahead of matches against AC Milan and West Ham after suffering an ankle injury during Manchester Derby win on Sunday.
There were fears that the striker has suffered an ankle ligament injury, however, a scan on Monday revealed the damage is not as extensive as that, according to a report from
The Telegraph.
Rashford will now be a doubt for the first leg against AC Milan in the Europa League round of 16 on Thursday. And the 23-year-old will face a race against time to be fit for Sunday's game against West Ham in the Premier League.
Rashford has made 43 appearances during this season in which he has scored 18 goals and provided 12 assists.
