Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford reveals ambition he shares with Martial

Marcus Rashford has revealed he and Anthony Martia are striving to improve their scoring record as a partnership. Martial, who missed two months of action between the end of August and the end of October, has scored four goals and has created one assist in eight appearances. Rashford, meanwhile, has scored seven goals and has created three assists in 15 fixtures. "If you have support as a central striker, it's not bad at all," Rashford told Sky Sports. "You can link with people and you can make runs that put you directly in front of the goal so it can be better at times. But sometimes when you're alone striker and you've not got some support, it can be a tough 90 minutes. "He (Martial) has been a big miss. As a No.9, it's always easier if you have someone you can work off and get close to and right now, we're having a good period. We've been playing good football but we can definitely score more goals and assist more and that's what we'll be looking at more as a pair." The pair will be on the action again on Thursday, November 7 against Partizan in the Europa League.
