Manchester United considering shock replacement for Jose Mourinho

Manchester United are preparing a shock replacement for their former manager Jose Mourinho. The Red Devils have made contact with representatives of Juventus coach Max Allegri, according to Corriere dello Sport. Allegri, who is tied to Juventus until 2020, rejected an approach from Real Madrid last summer. Jose Mourinho took over in May 2016 and led United to League Cup and Europa League title, however, they are 19 points behind Premier League leaders, Liverpool and that was one of the reasons of Mourinho’s sacking on Tuesday.
