Manchester United cannot recall Alexis Sanchez from Inter loan amid Marcus Rashford’s serious injury.
The 31-year-old has moved from Old Trafford to Inter with a loan move in the summer of 2019. Lately he returned to game after being sidelined for a near three month due to an ankle ligament damage.
Meanwhile, the Red Devils goal scorer Rashford has been ruled out for six weeks with a double stress fracture in his back, and the club boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed they are looking for a five-month loan deal with another striker in order to replace the English professional.
Sanchez’s loan contract expires in June 2020, and he will not be returning to Old Trafford this month as United have not included a recall clause in the loan deal. Yet, the Serie A side are possible to turn the winger’s loan into a permanent deal in the summer.
