Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer sends Edinson Cavani a warning

Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has sent a warning to Edinson Cavani to always be ready after his boot mix up during 3-2 win over Southampton. Cavani was named on the bench on Sunday and was brought in on the second-half, when the Red Devils were 2-0 down. When the Uruguayan was told to get himself ready to replace Mason Greenwood in the changing room, he had a problem with his boots, so United had to play with 10 men for the opening minute of the second-half. Speaking about the incident, Solskjaer said: "He probably wasn't able to warm up on the pitch [at half-time] but then suddenly he realised he needed bigger studs and I'm happy he did. "I don't know he might have to learn on that one as a sub you always have to be ready. I know more than anyone about that." However, after being substituted in, Cavani made an instant impact on the game as he provided Bruno Fernandes' goal and later scored a double to secure United the three points. source - Mirror / Join us on Telegram
