Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer issues Sheffield United warning to his players

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has warned his players not to take Sheffield United lightly after their 3-0 defeat to Newcastle. United host the Blades at Old Trafford on Wednesday. United boss has been holding his press conference ahead of the visit of Chris Wilder's side. "I don’t know Chris well, but know him well enough," said Solskjaer. "He’ll have his team fired up after a defeat to Newcastle and I’m sure he’s challenged his team to come to Old Trafford and prove what they’ve proven all season. “It’s great to play a game, but there’s no better time now than before. For me I’m sure we will get a Sheffield United team that is fired up." The Blades made an excellent performance in the first meeting between these two sides when they drew 3-3 at Bramall Lane. And Solskjaer said: "We are developing all the time but we played against a very difficult opponent, in a difficult stadium, the fans were helping. I think the first goal would be a foul (Mousset on Jones) if the fans weren’t there, but we had a 15 or 20 minute spell where we were exhilarating and showed what we were capable of. Hopefully, we can get more of those penetration passes in behind.” Source: MEN
