Manchester United board ‘send Alexis Sanchez warning’ to Solskjaer

Despite Alexis Sanchez poor form at Manchester United, the club’s board refuse to give up on the Chilean. Sanchez is United's highest-earner and there have been suggestions he could move on this summer if any interested parties make a move. But the Evening Standard reports the United board have told Solskjaer that Sanchez will be going nowhere this summer as they expect the Norwegian to get the best out of the former Barcelona player. The Chilean is currently sidelined with a knee problem and it had been feared that he may not play again this season but he is expected to return to full training in the next month. United are into the last eight of the Champions League and have a chance to finish in the top four.
