Manchester City retained the title for the first time in history after coming from behind to thump Brighton on an emotional day at the Amex Stadium (4-1).

Each City player was introduced before walking onto the podium to receive their medal. The last man was Vincent Kompany, who whooped with joy before lifting the trophy high above his head.
