Manchester City to join Liverpool and Manchester United in race for 18-year-old starlet

Manchester City have joined the race for Sporting Lisbon left-back Nuno Mendes, according to the Daily Mail. The 18-year-old has already made 25 appearances in all competitions this season and continues his impressive spell at the Portuguese side. Liverpool and Manchester United, as well as AC Milan, are admirers of the player, while now, the report claims City have also targeted the defender. Mendes could become an ideal replacement to Benjamin Mendy should the transfer to City materialize.
