Manchester City set to offer 30-year-old star new long term contract

Manchester City reportedly want to tie Riyad Mahrez down to a new long-term deal. There has been progress on the contract front with Fernandinho, Cole Palmer and plenty of other promising youngsters all agreeing to new deals. And now the Cityzens may offer a new contract to Mahrez, whose current deal is set to expire in 2023, according to the Daily Mail. The Algerian enjoyed another excellent season with 14 goals and nine assists to his name, helping City win back the Premier League title and reach the Champions League final for the first time in their history.
