Manchester City and Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Argentine striker was close to joining Barcelona last summer, however, a deal fell through because of their financial crisis.
As Martinez has a £100 million release clause, Inter are open to selling the 23-year-old for less than £70m this summer.
And according to
90min, the Serie A side would love to keep the 23-year-old, but their finances could force them to cash in and both City and Liverpool are closely monitoring the situation.
This season Martinez has made 46 appearances for Inter, scored 18 goals and provided 9 assists.
