Manchester City replacement for Claudio Bravo confirmed

Manchester City have confirmed Zack Steffen will be Claudio Bravo's replacement at the club. The Sky Blues will bring the 25-year-old back to Etihad, with Bravo set to leave after his four-year spell at the club. City signed Steffen from Columbus Crew last summer with a £5.2million record fee for a goalkeeper. Later he was loaned to the German side Fortuna Dusseldorf, where he had an impressive debut despite the club's relegation. Dusseldorf’s football director Lutz Pfannenstiel has shared his thoughts on the USA international, saying: “Zack had a brilliant start to the season and showed that he has the potential to become a top keeper at European level. “Steffen has all the ingredients. He has a very clean goalkeeper technique. Good reactions, good hands, and demanding in the box. “His distribution and game-opening make him a modern keeper. Looking at all of that, it is not a surprise that Manchester City went for Zack.”
