Manchester City receive transfer blow as the club "decided not to sell" the target

Manchester City have received a transfer blow in their pursuit of Tottenham star Harry Kane. According to journalist Samuel Luckhurst (via City Xtra), Spurs have decided to keep their talisman this year amid the strong interest from the Citizens.
