Manchester City ready to let Joao Cancelo leave in summer amid Inter Milan interest

Manchester City are ready to let Joao Cancelo leave Etihad during the summer transfer window. The Portugal international has joined the Blues from the Serie A club Juventus, getting just 600 minutes of Premier League action so far. He has found his playing time limited with Kyle Walker playing in the starting squad ahead of him at the right-back. Cancelo is looking for a transfer away to be in a regular action, and Pep Guardiola's side are ready to let the player leave. An Etihad source said: "There has already been a lot of murmuring he can leave if he wants. It hasn't quite worked out so far. He has a young family and the interest from clubs on the continent already has him considering his long-term future. He was initially playing catch up on his fitness but his scratchy performances have left the jury out and it's not looking good." Inter Milan and Bayern Munich are among the clubs interested in the Portuguese. The Citizens have set a £50m price tag on Cancelo, and Inter could push a deal ahead with the help of Lautaro Martinez. The latter is one of Guardiola's targets to replace Sergio Aguero long-term. Martinez would cost around £110m in total. However, the Nerazzurri have no intention to sell one of their strong players.
