The Citizens lifted their 5th Premier League trophy in the last six years. They won the FA Cup trophy after celebrating victory over Manchester United in the final. Later, they clinched their first-ever Champions League trophy on June 10, 2023.
City continue their impressive performance in the 2023/24 season as well. Pep Guardiola's side are currently in the Premier League title race as well as in the round of 16 of Champions League and FA Cup quarter-finals.
During the summer transfer window Guardiola welcomed Josko Gvardiol, Mereky Doku and Mateo Kovacic.
Manchester City pre-season 2024-25 confirmed schedule
Manchester City are set to take on AC Milan at Yankee Stadium in New York City on July 27 as part of the pre-season preparations for the 2024 Soccer Champions Tour.
During the 2024/25 pre-season, Pep Guardiola's side are scheduled to play against Chelsea in Columbus, Ohio this summer as reported by The Athletic.
It has been reported that the City's U.S. tour is also expected to include games in North Carolina, Orlando, New York and Chapel Hill.

Manchester City played pre-season fixtures in Asia ahead of 2023/24 season. City celebrated two wins over the rivals Yokohama F Marinos and Bayern Munich, while the third game against Spanish side Atletico Madrid ended with a 2 - 1 defeat.
After the pre-season matches, City faced Arsenal in the Community Shield. They were defeated by the Gunners in the penalty shootout.
