Manchester City players not on international duty this summer

The 2021/2022 season has ended and players are now heading to international duty. Manchester City ended the season with a Premier League trophy.
Several City players have been called up to their national teams for Nations League games as well as friendlies. However, several players have missed out due to injuries.
The list of players that are currently absent from national teams is as follows:

- Ruben Dias, Portugal – Injury
- Aymeric Laporte, Spain – Injury
- Riyad Mahrez, Algeria – Injury
