The Sun reports, Manchester City are going to make a £200 million bid for Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
They are prepared to break the world-record to sign the 19-year-old superstar, who would cost £20m in wages per year.
But the transfer is unlikely to happen due to Financial Fair Play concerns.
As well as Mbappe is under contract at PSG until 2022, so it’s doubtful any deal is a realistic possibility.
