Manchester City legend David Silva could move to Serie A

David Silva is reportedly in talks with Lazio over a move that would see the Manchester City legend join the Italian side, according to AS. Lazio boss Simone Inzaghi has personally requested that talks begin with Silva. The 'early signs' say the 34-year-old is open to the move amid interest from Dubai sides Shabab Al-Ahli and Al-Nasr. The Spanish star played his final Premier League match for the club on Sunday as City beat Norwich 5-0. Silva started and played 85 minutes of the match, receiving a round of applause from manager Pep Guardiola. Having joined from Valencia in 2010, Silva’s decade-long City career saw him make 433 appearances and score 77 goals while providing 93 Premier League assists, the most in club history. Source: MEN
