Manchester City handed transfer boost in chase of Tottenham's Harry Kane

Manchester City have been provided a major boost in their chase for Tottenham striker Harry Kane. Former Liverpool player and pundit Don Hutchison has told ESPN FC that he has been informed that Harry Kane will leave Spurs for City. Pep Guardiola's side are reportedly in desperate need of striker, with Sergio Aguero out of contract at City at the end of the season. Speaking to ESPN FC, Hutchison said of Kane: “I believe it will be Manchester City. That’s what I have been told, and I think it’s a good fit.” The England captain has been impressive this season for Spurs, as usual, having scored 26 goals and provided 16 assists in 39 games.
