Manchester City "could have Premier League title stripped" after Champions League ban. What could it mean for Liverpool?

Manchester City could reportedly be stripped of their Premier League 2013/2014 title after the club was handed a Champions League ban. The club has been banned from the Champions League for two seasons by UEFA due to "serious breaches" of their financial fair play rules. UEFA have stated that the period between 2012-2016 was when City overstated their sponsorship income. And now Daily Mail reports that a commission could deduct points retrospectively, which means the Citizens' Premier League title won in the 2013/2014 season is in danger. Manchester City won the Premier League title by being just two points ahead of Liverpool in that season and if the title is stripped from the Citizens, it will be handed to the Reds, who finished second in the league table. As a reminder, City are taking their case to the CAS (the Court of Arbitration for Sport) in a bid to get the decision overturned. source - Mirror
