Manchester City could be left waiting TWO MONTHS to hear verdict on appeal against Champions League ban

Manchester City could face a rude wait of two months to find out whether their Champions League ban has been overturned, according to the Mirror. On February 14, City were handed a two-year suspension and fined £25million after an investigation found serious breaches of UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules. City appealed against the penalty with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) immediately. The hearing to be held over three days from June 8 to 10. However, CAS sources have revealed that a final decision on Pep Guardiola's side's Champions League fate could take two months. UEFA and City both reportedly want the verdict to be finalised before the Champions League group stage draw for next season is made, to avoid any unnecessary chaos. Source: Daily Mail
