Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has told chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak he’ll leave the club if his revolution goes wrong.

City handed Liverpool an eight-point lead at the top of the Premier League table after defeating to Wolves at Etihad.

The City manager discussed his relationship with owner Khaldoon in a new book, ‘Pep’s City: The  Making  of a Superteam’.

“He knows I’d step aside if things weren’t going to plan,” Guardiola says in the book, according to The Sun .

“I’ll give everything to avoid that and make every effort to move things forward. No coasting.”
