Manchester City and Barcelona to battle for Portuguese starlet

Manchester City and Barcelona are in the race to sign Portugal Under 21s international Stephen Eustaquio, who is currently playing for Primera Liga side Chaves, according to Daily Mail. City have made the first move for the youngster, meanwhile, Barcelona are expected to come forward with an offer of their own. The 21-year-old has also been linked with Real Betis and Sporting Lison after impressing during his nine league appearances. Eustaquio is said to have a £13.3m release clause in his current deal with the club. If reports are to believe, it may be down to Eustaquio to decide his future club.
