Manchester City are allegedly set to announce their third signing once the move is made "official" by both clubs, according to Brazilian outlet

Sport Witness.
Gremio starlet Diego Rosa is on his way of joining the Sky Blues during the summer transfer window. The 17-year-old will follow his former teammate Yan Couto, who chose City over Barcelona influenced by Pep Guardiola.
The report claims that City are likely to pay £4.5 million to the Brazilian club for the youngster. However, the transfer fee could rise to £20.2m, taking into consideration the bonuses. Should all clauses be activated, the bonuses will include Rosa's Premier League debut, individual prizes like player awards and actual honours.
After a successful move to Etihad, the Brazilian will be sent out on loan to improve his skills later to push himself to City first-team squad.
