Man City alter Kane approach amid Grealish priority

Manchester City are reportedly willing to wait until next summer to sign Harry Kane from Spurs. City and Manchester United have been the Premier League clubs most extensively linked with Kane. But the City bosses believe it will be difficult to get the deal over the line with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy said to be standing firm on his £150million valuation of the England captain. According to ESPN, City are willing to play the waiting game. The report states that they will revive their interest next year when Spurs would be under more pressure to cash in, while Erling Haaland would be another option, with his release clause set to come into effect next summer. It’s a decision that will allow City to focus their attention on bringing Jack Grealish to the Etihad.
