Luke Shaw has sent a message to Alex Telles amid the battle for left-back spot at Manchester United. The Red Devils have completed the signing of Telles during the summer transfer window, while the arrival of the defender could impact on Shaw's playing time at Old Trafford. However, the 25-year-old is not concerned about United newcomer's presence as he considers it a challenge for first-team spot. "Competition for any team is a must," Shaw told the official Man Utd website. "There is competition for every single spot and you’ve got to be ready for it, work hard and give the manager a decision harder than what he’s had to make before. "Like I said, competition is very healthy for the squad, it’ll push everyone even more because everyone wants to play."
