Luis Suarez on his close bond with Liverpool and the prospect of playing for Jurgen Klopp

Barcelona star Luis Suarez insists his bond with Liverpool will last a lifetime. Suarez, who scored 82 goals in 133 games for the Reds, is desperate to see his old club win the Premier League title. He told German football magazine 11FREUNDE: “Anyone who has ever played in Liverpool remains connected to the club for a lifetime. “The team plays terrific football and I am very interested in how they will do this year. I think we can still be prepared for a lot.” Asked if he would like to play for Klopp, Suarez added: “Currently we work for two different clubs so that's not an issue for me at the moment. “But sure every player would like to train under Jurgen Klopp.” Suarez also revealed that he grew up admiring a prolific German striker “Jurgen Klinsmann. He was a goal machine,” he said.
