Ex-World champion in super-featherweight division American Gervonta Davis commented on a possible duel with Ukrainian lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko in a quite defiant style, according to Segodnya reports.

“Lomachenko? His time is coming to an end, but mine is not,” Gervonta said.

“I believe that our fight will take place, but at the right time. No offence. I respect his achievements, but I do not respect the fact that he is being extolled. He has achieved nothing in this world. He has fourteen fights and he is already a franchised champion,”

Meanwhile, Davis is scheduled to fight Yuriorkis Gamboa in his lightweight division debut.
