Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is a bright example for Arsenal’s players

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah scored a brilliant hat-trick against Bournemouth on Saturday and swept to the top of the Premier League top scorers’ chart. The Egyptian netted his eighth, ninth and tenth goals of the campaign to go level with Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the race for the Golden Boot. There was something more besides the goals in Salah’s game that caught the eye of supporters on Saturday afternoon - his willingness to stay on his feet, as opposed to going down looking for a free-kick or a penalty. And Arsenal legend Ian Wright believes he is an example to the Arsenal players, three of whom were booked in the same game against Huddersfield on Saturday for simulation. Wright said on Match of the Day: "When you look at that [on Granit Xhaka], there doesn’t seem to be a lot in that when you look at it again and then you see Salah stay up when getting wrenched down the back of his Achilles. "You don’t want to see players getting suspended for those reasons."
