Liverpool’s €70 m bid for Italian start rejected, Napoli demands €150 m

According to reports from La Republica (via Calciomercato), Liverpool are interested in signing Lorenzo Insigne.

Merseyside club representatives have contacted Insigne’s agent, Mino Raiola, while the agent has informed both player’s family and Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis about Liverpool’s interets.

De Laurentiis, however, will not consider any bid up to €150 m. Liverpool could not spend big for Italian forward, and may look for other forwards in market.

Insigne has scored 8 goals and provided 5 assists this season in Serie A.
