Liverpool warned they will need to start season without star duo

After successful season with Liverpool, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane should have been given a well earned rest but instead they are preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, which will kick-off this Friday. There is no respite in sight for Salah and Mane and they will be playing until July 19 if they reach the final, which is just 16 days before Liverpool begin the new season against Manchester City in the Community Shield. And as the Reds' boss Jurgen Klopp claims his players should be getting at least three weeks off in summer, which means the duo will likely miss the start of the season.
