<span style="font-weight: 400;">Liverpool have had a  £61m bid for Benfica star Joao Felix rejected, according to Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">The 19-year-old has been on the The Red’s radar as he netted five goals and added an assist in nine Premeira Liga matches.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Felix recently signed an extended deal with the Lisbon club which has given him a  £105m buyout clause. </span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Portugal manager Fernando Santos is planning to call up the teenager to the national side.</span>
