Liverpool have reportedly turned their attention to Burnley’s Nick Pope in their search for a new goalkeeper, according to Mirror Football.
The Reds have conducted background checks on the England International to establish wheter he would be a suitable replacement for their out-of-favour stopper Loris Karius.
Liverpool are said to be keen to learn more about Pope’s personality and mentality before they push forward with a bid.
Burnley reportedly value the 26-year-old, who replaced the injured Tom Heaton between their sticks last September, at around £18m.
