Virgil van Dijk has provided an update on his fitness on social media. Liverpool defender has been out of action since picking up a serious injury during the Merseyside derby against Everton. The Dutch international is yet to make his come back to the first team game, though the latest post comes to prove he successfully continues his recovery process. He posted a picture of him on Instagram, with a caption: "The hard work continues..".
