According to
BBC, Liverpool full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold has signed a new five-year deal until 2024 with the club.
His current contract is set to expire in the summer of 2021.
Trent has established himself as the Liverpool's first-choice right-back, as well as he had a success with England national team and played at the World Cup.
Earlier it has been announced that Alexander-Arnold is expected to be sidelined for at least a fortnight with a knee problem after being injured in the warm-up before Saturday's 1-0 league win at Brighton.
He does not need surgery but is set to miss the upcoming game against Crystal Palace at home.
