Liverpool star joins the squad at pre-season training camp

On Friday morning Andy Robertson has joined his team-mates at the pre-season training camp in Austria, by undertaking lactate testing. After captaining Scotland at EURO 2020 and enjoying a long break, the player has finally arrived at Liverpool's training camp. Robertson is currently training in Salzburg with particular exercise that measures his endurance levels with runs of increasing speeds.

“In the off-season that’s the test you think about, and luckily it’s complete,” he told LFCTV after a series of running drills.   “Hopefully I’ll get a touch of the ball this afternoon and the hardest bit is over. It’s lovely to be back, I’ve missed you all!”
