Liverpool sign 16-year-old Melkamu Frauendorf from Hoffenheim

Liverpool have completed the signing of 16-year-old German youth international Melkamu Frauendorf from Hoffenheim. According to Liverpool ECHO  a deal was approved by the Football Association and Premier League inside the last two weeks. And the attacking midfielder has now penned a scholarship agreement at Anfield. Frauendorf will join up with Marc Bridge-Wilkinson and his under-18 side ahead of the new campaign after being capped by Germany at under-15 and u-16 level. Hoffenheim will be owed training compensation for their development of the player. He is the third highly-rated teenager to arrive at the academy in recent weeks. Source- Liverpool ECHO
