Liverpool set transfer price for star defender: Milan on alert
AC Milan are interested in signing Liverpool defender Dejan Lovren. Croatian international, who will turn 30 this year, has a contract with Merseyside club until 2021, but he could leave Anfield to have more playing time, as Jurgen Klopp has finally found his best defensive duo in persons of Virgil Van Dijk and Joel Matip.
Daily Mail reports that Liverpool won’t sell World Cup 2018 runners-up if they don’t find a new center back. Merseyside club will demand at least £25 m for Dejan.
Frederic Massara, who’s supposed to become AC Milan’s new sporting director, has identified Lovren as one of the transfer targets ahead of the next season.
