Liverpool and Salzburg CHARGED by UEFA

Liverpool and Red Bull Salzburg have been charged by UEFA for the incidents during the group stage match between those clubs. 

Merseyside club beat Austrian champions in amazing scenario. Jurgen Klopp’s side had a 3 goal advantage lost in the second half and only Mo Salah’s goal helped Reds seal their first European win of the season. 

Liverpool are charged for the “field invasion” case, while Salzburg is charged for “throwing of an object” case. 

The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body will discuss the cases on October 17.
