Liverpool receive transfer blow as player signs new contract with his club

Liverpool have received a transfer blow as Alexander Isak has signed a new contract with his current side, Real Sociedad. The Sweden international has especially impressed at Euro 2020 and has been heavily linked with the move to Anfield for the summer transfer window. However, it has now been officially confirmed that the attacker will stay at La Liga side until 2026.
