Liverpool owner John W Henry has revealed the Reds will spend money this summer in an attempt to win the Premier League title next season.
Last summer, Liverpool signed Alisson, Naby Keita, Fabinho and Xherdan Shaqiri during a £160million summer spree. All four players have been key to the club’s dominance in all competitions.
The Reds are preparing for their second Champions League final in a row. They face Tottenham in Madrid on Saturday.
"We're going to have a go, but we feel that we are strong already," Henry told Sky Sports. “We haven't gone through the process yet as we're still playing, but every year we've shown that we're willing to invest in the right kind of players and do it in the right way so the club is sustainable."
