Liverpool have held provisional talks with Borussia Monchengladbach over the possibility of a summer move for Florian Neuhaus. Jurgen Klopp is reportedly keen on to sign a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum. The Dutch playmaker has joined Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer after the conclusion of his previous deal at Anfield. Several potential targets have been linked with the Reds in recent months, including Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez and Youri Tielemans of Leicester City. Brighton and Hove Albion's Yves Bissouma has also been mentioned in connection with a move. Liverpool have reportedly baulked at the Seagulls' lucrative asking price, which is believed to be in the region of £50million. It seems as though the club have already switched their focus to other candidates, with Klopp a keen admirer of Neuhaus, according to Sport1.
